Sensor Selection and Instructions for Use

■ Sensor range selection method
※ in the static weighing system, the sum of the fixed load and the variable load shall not exceed 60% of the total fixed load of the sensor used (the rated load of the sensor x the number of sensors equipped).
※ in dynamic weighing systems, the impact of additional loads due to impact should also be considered.

 

■ Sensor lead identification and connection method
※ the sensor lead of our company usually adopts a four-core shielded cable with red as the excitation positive end, yellow as the excitation negative end, blue as the output positive end, white as the output negative end, and the shielding layer can be connected to the instrument ground end.

 

■Sensor cable length
※, when the user does not make special instructions, the length of the sensor cable in our factory will be provided according to the following table. When the length of the cable required by the user does not conform to the following table, please indicate it in the contract.

■ Precautions for sensor installation and use

※ The loading device shall be designed and installed to ensure that the line of action of the loading force coincides with the force axis of the sensor to minimize the impact of tilt load and eccentric load.
The rated load of the sensor used is ※ determined by the sensor range selection in this description.
The ※ sensor housing, protective cover plate and lead connector are sealed and shall not be opened by the user.
※ to prevent chemical corrosion, the outer surface of the sensor should be coated with Vaseline during installation.
※ should avoid direct sunlight and environmental temperature changes in the occasion of use, can not be avoided should be equipped with protective or mitigation devices.
※, in order to prevent large current from directly passing through the sensor body and damaging the sensor, it is forbidden to carry out electric welding operation after the sensor is installed. When it is absolutely necessary, a bypass device made of copper braided wire should be added to both ends of the sensor loading device.
The cable of the ※ sensor should be far away from the strong power line or the place with pulse wave. If it is unavoidable, the cable of the sensor should be penetrated into the iron pipe alone, and the connection distance should be shortened as much as possible.
The ※ cable should not be lengthened by itself. When it needs to be lengthened, it should be soldered at the joint and moisture-proof sealant should be added.
※ in high-precision applications, sensors and instruments should be used after 30 minutes of preheating. The sensor should be placed in a dry and ventilated room without corrosive gases.
