How to choose the appropriate sensor range
- In a static weighing system, the sum of the fixed load and the variable load should not be greater than 60% of the total rated load of the sensors used (sensor rated load x number of sensors equipped).
- In dynamic weighing systems, the influence of additional loads caused by impact should also be considered.
Sensor lead connection and identification method
- Our company usually uses four core shielded wires for sensor leads, with red as the positive excitation terminal, yellow as the negative excitation terminal, blue as the positive output terminal, white as the negative output terminal, and the shielding layer can be connected to the instrument ground.
Sensor wire length
- When the user does not make special instructions, the sensor wire length of our factory will be provided as shown in the table below. If the wire length required by the user does not match the table below, please indicate it in the contract.
